I'm a heavy commercial truck driver and laborer for over 40 years. I need a boot that I can drive a standard shift tanker truck with and then get to the job and get right to work. My 550 ST boots met the challenge. As good today as when I was in the military.

I've been wearing these bots for the last 8 years. As long as belleville stays in business. I will never wear another boot for work. These boots fit perfectly. All day i feel nothing. Easy on easy off. These boots with my line of work last nearly a year and a half, other boots maybe 4 to 6 months.

I have always preferred your boots over other companies due to superior craftsmanship and ruggedness of your boots. I just ordered a new pair of the 550 st from workboots usa and I am a bit dissapointed in them. Although my complaint is really just minor nuiscances it seems the attention to detail and superior craftsmanship I expect from belleville was lacking when this pair was made. The upper portion of my right boot is stitched on crooked and the placement of the vent holes on each pair is nowhere near uniformed like every pair seemed when I served a few years ago. Im sure the boots are plenty tough still but I feel as if I just purchased bates instead of belleville.

Grabbed these out of my sea bag for a new job 4 years ago. Forgot them once and wore through the heels of a pair of wal-mart boots in a week. The only reason I'm replacing them is because I did some concrete work which dried out and split the leather (my fault for not cleaning and treating them).I've even had the same laces in them for 10 years.

Love these boots.

Since I have been wearing my old pair of 590's almost everyday for years (The best boots I have ever owned) When I needed to replace a worn out pair of steel toe boots I choose to replace them with a pair of your 550 ST's.
I received my new boots today. I have to order your boots as no one within 250 miles of me carries your fine boots. I was a bit worried about ordering a pair of steel toed boots without being able to try them on as I have had trouble in the past with toe-boxes not working with my feet do to having had broken toes in the past and them being curled up at the knuckle.
As I stated I received them today and I have too say WOW. They are so comfortable right out of the box I could not believe that there steel toed. No rubbing and just the right amount of room in the toe. They fit just about exactly as the 590's (just a tad less room in width in the toe due to the steel toe) but if I had never worn the 590's I would not even know that. Best pair of steel toe boots I have ever put on.

It's a very nice and comfortable boots to wear. I owe this pair of boots since 2009 and they are still running. I use them for walking, running, hiking, in forest, in sand, mud, in wet, hot and even cold/snow conditions. Even they get wet easy from the inside, they dry out fast as well (just do not close vents!), even you have water inside it is still comfortable to wear them.
I will definitely buy an extra pair, just to have an extra in wet conditions, it is not always when you have a fire.

I've worn a few different brands and these boots are far more comfortable than any I have tried

All I have to say is wow. Belleview did a fantastic job. There very comfortable, durable, and light weight. I am very pleased with these boots that belleview made. And that's why the marine corps chooses belleview
